Dane L. Stuhlsatz

Dane L. Stuhlsatz is an attorney at FORS , focusing on commercial and business litigation, administrative law, and constitutional law. He represents clients in complex disputes involving contracts, business torts, regulatory compliance, and constitutional challenges, bringing a sharp analytical approach and strong courtroom presence to every matter he handles.

Before joining the firm, Dane gained valuable experience in product liability and aviation litigation, developing a foundation in high-stakes, technical cases. He also served as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Spencer D. Levine of Florida’s Fourth District Court of Appeal.

A proud graduate of Florida International University College of Law, Dane served as Editor-in-Chief of FIU Law Review. While he values his academic achievements, he is most honored to have been selected by his classmates to deliver the commencement address at graduation—a testament to the respect he earned among his peers.

Outside the courtroom, Dane’s background as a collegiate athlete instilled in him a competitive spirit, disciplined work ethic, and a team-first mindset that he brings to his legal practice.
