Daniel C. Fors
Daniel C. Fors is a senior attorney at FORS, where he represents both domestic and foreign clients in complex business and real estate litigation matters, as well as business and corporate transactions.
Throughout his career, Mr. Fors has successfully handled a multitude of high-stakes controversies involving breach of contract, shareholder disputes, fraud claims, and business torts. Mr. Fors has developed a reputation for his skills, achieving favorable outcomes for clients on a consistent basis, and providing invaluable insight and guidance.
Prior to joining FORS, Mr. Fors honed his skills at prominent law firms in South Florida, where he worked on a wide range of complex litigation matters for both small businesses and Fortune 500 companies alike. A graduate of Florida International University College of Law, Mr. Fors graduated in the top 10% of his class, served as Articles Editor for the FIU Law Review, and was awarded several prestigious honors for his accomplishments as a member of Moot Court Team. He also earned multiple coveted Book Awards in various courses, an award reserved for the student who achieved the highest marks in a course.

- Successfully reversed tax deed sale on constitutional grounds to recover luxury Brickell condominium.
- Secured various dismissals of professional license complaints and investigations lodged against prominent licensed professionals in South Florida, including surgeons, physicians, and architects.
- Served as second chair in complex administrative trial involving a successful challenge to permits issued under Monroe County Land Development Code.
